Who you have to be to shop here
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, whichever is higher) to browse or order from this site. These are adult products intended for adult use only. By placing an order, you're confirming that you meet this age requirement. If you're under 18, leave now - this site isn't for you.
Who I am
This shop is a small business based in Texas, run by one person. I'm also a veteran of the United States Armed Forces if that's something you appreciate supporting. When you order here, you're buying directly from me. Contact for any questions, concerns, or issues is through the email address listed on the contact page.
The products
I design and 3D-print adapters and accessories compatible with certain adult devices. My products are independently made and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by the manufacturers of the devices they're compatible with. Any brand names mentioned on the site (The Handy, Lovense, Fleshlight, Quickshot, etc.) are referenced solely to describe compatibility, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Because these are made-to-order 3D-printed items by one person, small cosmetic variations between units are normal. Functional defects are covered under the refund policy.
Use at your own risk
You're responsible for using these products safely and as intended. I provide adapters for use with other devices, and I can't control how they're used, what they're used with, or whether they're combined with products or practices I didn't design for. Use common sense, pay attention to materials and cleaning, and stop using anything that feels wrong.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, unintended use, or use in combination with products or devices I did not manufacture.
Orders and pricing
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at my discretion - for example, if I suspect fraud, if an item is out of stock, or if there's a pricing error on the site. If I cancel an order you already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order.
Shipping, returns, and privacy
Shipping terms are covered in the [Shipping Policy]. Returns and refunds are covered in the [Refund Policy]. How I handle your information is covered in the [Privacy Policy]. All three are part of these Terms by reference.
Intellectual property
The designs, photos, product descriptions, and written content on this site are mine. Please don't copy, reproduce, or resell them. If you want to share something (a review, a link, a shoutout), that's always welcome - just don't lift the work wholesale.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnification
You agree to hold me harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of someone else's rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas, unless your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with the "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
